Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Personalized or custom-printed kits (including shirts with a name and/or number added) are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the customization differs from the details submitted at checkout.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photo evidence so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
