We offer FREE worldwide tracked shipping on all ELVN orders.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note: Personalized or custom-printed kits (including shirts with a name and/or number added) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the customization differs from the details submitted at checkout.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for reasons such as sizing, fit, or personal preference.

As a small, growing brand, covering all return costs would affect our ability to keep prices fair — we truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, ELVN will cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement free of charge.

Please contact us with photo evidence within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we can arrange an exchange once the original item has been returned.

Please contact us before sending anything back, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping times for returns may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
